Processing

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours. However, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Domestic orders will be shipping through UPS. For international shipping information, please CLICK HERE. All shipping methods are in business days. (Monday-Friday)
Any shipping confirmations received between Friday-Sunday, those packages may not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Furthermore, any orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Friday through Sunday will also not be picked up by the postal carrier until the next business day.

Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

Due to the high volume of packages that UPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local UPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While UPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of UPS are not the responsibility of Blue Monkey Vapes and must be resolved by contacting UPS (see contact information below).

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Blue Monkey Vapes does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Blue Monkey Vapes, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Blue Monkey Vapes strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.

Blue Monkey Vapes is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:

Blue Monkey Vapes strives on making sure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to make your experience the best. However, for customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, Blue Monkey Vapes is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders Blue Monkey Vapes receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
